Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Luxury Aluminium and Glass Solutions Limited reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Services

We provide fabrication, installation, supply and consultation services for aluminium, glass and steel products. All services are subject to a formal written quotation and signed agreement before work commences.

3. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period due to material cost fluctuations. A quotation does not constitute a contract until a deposit is received.

4. Payments

A deposit (typically 50-70% of the project value) is required before fabrication commences. The balance is due upon completion and handover. Late payments may attract interest.

5. Warranty

Most of our work comes with a warranty of up to six months covering defects in workmanship and materials. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or third-party interference.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from project delays beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Uganda.
